We are new proud home-owners and we want to thank Vladimir and Yulia from Westbrook Realty for making that drea a realty. We had been looking to buy a house for more than a year. We started with not much clue about the process and Vlaidimir and Yulia helped us learn a lot through the process. We had a lot of basic questions and started with too many unrealistic expectations. After a point even when we realized that we needed a slight shift in mindset, they were only positive about finding the home that we wanted. We had a lot of crazy requests and off-the-cuff appointment needs and they accommodated it to the best of their ability. The journey was up and down especially with the ongoing pandemic, but they stood like a rock and supported us throughout. After the first few days, we primarily worked with Yulia. She was super organized, always on time for our appointments, gave the best of advice and was fully transparent in her approach. She never hesitated to even visit the same property multiple times.
As I had mentioned, we started with a lot of need and after a point with the market behaving so crazy, we were starting to lose little hope. But our realtor "Yulia" was a super hero and stood with us like a rock. She just did her job so well and would keep sending us a lot of properties tailor made to our taste. She even accompanied us to knock at doors at times to enquire about the neighborhood. Buying a home in the Bay Area in 2020-21 could have been a nightmare if not for the guidance and support from Vlaidimir and Yulia from Westbrook realty. We only have great things to say about the experience.
In the end Yulia and the team succeeded in getting us in to our new home !!
